LAZYgunsBRISKY journeys to The Sea for music short film

Girls rock band LAZYgunsBRISKY has released their short film “The Sea” on YouTube. The emotionally-charged 8-minute video is scored by on of the standout tracks from their 2017 album NO BUTS.

Conceptualized by the band’s personal experiences on the themes of life, womanhood, and surviving an emotional separation, “The Sea” tells its story through interpretive dance on the seashore courtesy of choreographer Miho Ryu and actress/dancer Kanami Yamada (from the NTV drama Saki ni Umareta Dake no Boku). The film, directed by Hisanori Tsukuda, is on its way to the SXSW 2018 film competition.
