Initial’L to Make USA Debut at Katsucon 2020

Japanese rock band Initial’L will make their USA debut at Katsucon, Feb. 14-16, 2020, in National Harbor, MD.

Initial’L (formerly visual kei band Lycaon) is a five-person rock band with Yu-ki on vocals, Satoshi and ZERO on guitar, Hiyu on bass, and Ichiro on drums. They began activities in 2016 and have released 3 singles, a mini album, and a full album. In 2017, they embarked on their first one-man tour, “FIREFLYTOUR –Road to BLITZ-“, playing 18 shows all over Japan. In July of 2018, they released their third single Can You Feel It? and in September of that same year, their first full album INITIALIZE came out. Along with the release of INITIALIZE, they set off on the one-man tour titled “INITIALIZE TOUR” where they played 6 shows in 5 locations all across Japan.

Katsucon is an annual 3-day fan convention held in the D.C. metro area for multicultural enthusiasts and entertainment. Katsucon is produced by Katsucon Entertainment, Inc. (KEI), an educational organization dedicated to bringing information about Japanese animation, society, and traditional and popular culture to fans everywhere.
